‘The school’s vision of Every Child, Every Chance, Every Class, Every Day underpinned by the values of Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Inclusion and Excellence is shared, understood, and lived out across the school community. The pupils, staff, senior leadership team and governors have undertaken significant work over recent years to ensure that the school’s vision, values, and associated behaviours are agreed, understood, and shared by the wider school community.

“The pupils achieve high levels of success in public examinations. In 2024, most of the year 12 pupils (90%) achieved five or more GCSE (or equivalent) qualifications at grades A* to C and 72% achieved five or more GCSE (or equivalent) qualifications at grades A* to C, including English and mathematics. At post-16, most pupils (80%) achieved three or more GCE A level (or equivalent) qualifications at grades A* to C and almost all pupils (98%) achieved three or more GCE A level (or equivalent) qualifications at grades A* to E. The school’s internal data shows that nearly all the pupils, including those with SEN, achieve in public examinations in line with, or above, their abilities.”
